By downloading, installing, or using GymBroAI ("the App"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Section 2: Description of Service
GymBroAI is an AI-powered fitness application that provides:
• Calorie and nutrition tracking via photo analysis
• Exercise form analysis using computer vision
• Fridge scanning for recipe suggestions
• Personalized AI fitness coaching
• Progress tracking and analytics
Section 3: Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use GymBroAI. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
• Calorie estimates are approximations and may not be accurate
• Exercise form scores are AI-generated and not professional assessments
• Nutrition recommendations do not account for medical conditions
• Always consult a qualified physician, dietitian, or certified personal trainer before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine
• Do not use GymBroAI as a substitute for professional medical advice
GymBroAI and its creators are NOT responsible for any injury, illness, adverse health effect, or consequence resulting from use of this App.
Section 4: NOT Medical or Professional Advice
See important notice above. All AI-generated guidance requires your own judgment and professional oversight when appropriate.
Section 5: User Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You may not share your account or allow others to use it
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Section 6: AI-Generated Content
• GymBroAI uses artificial intelligence that may produce inaccurate results
• Calorie estimates may vary from actual values by +/- 30% or more
• Form analysis is not a substitute for a certified personal trainer
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information
• Users should apply personal judgment to all AI-generated content
Section 6b: Illustrative Statistics
Statistics and data shown during onboarding and within the App (e.g., "85% of users reach their goal in 3 months", "2x more effective") are illustrative estimates for motivational purposes. They are based on general fitness research principles and do not represent the results of controlled clinical studies. Individual results vary significantly based on adherence, diet, exercise, genetics, and other factors. GymBroAI makes no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result.
Section 7: Subscriptions and Payments
• GymBroAI Pro is available as weekly, monthly, and annual auto-renewable subscriptions
• The title, duration, and localized price of each plan are displayed before purchase
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies
• Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically

Section 8: User-Generated Content
• You retain ownership of photos and data you upload to GymBroAI
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for AI analysis purposes
• You must not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored
Section 9: Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Resell or distribute access to the App
• Impersonate another user or person
• Upload malicious content or code
Section 10: Intellectual Property
All content, features, trademarks, and functionality of GymBroAI are owned by GymBroAI and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Section 11: Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
Section 12: Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYMBROAI AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, HEALTH CONSEQUENCES, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Section 13: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
Section 14: Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
